Mr. Rameriz removed my three layers of old roofing material and installed a new asphalt shingle roof. He was precise with pricing and very fair. He left a clean work place. I was so impressed I had him back for some construction repairs in my 1929 vintage house. Would I hire him again, in a heart beat. Great attitude and wonderful work ethic. Ramirez Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof in order to facilitate the sale of our house.
