We had such a great experience with Ram Jack! The crew was not only professional but genuinely kind and respectful. They worked hard, explained everything clearly, and made sure the area was completely cleaned up before they left. You could tell they cared about the quality of their work. We’re so thankful for their honesty, skill, and the peace of mind they brought us. Highly recommend!
Matt and his guys showed up ready to work and knocked it out of the park! They got the house right back to where it was supposed to be before it sank. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. There were no surprises or extra charges and they cleaned up very well before they left. They were very respectful and friendly and very much appreciated. 👍
Matt and his crew from Ram Jack installed helical piers down to bedrock to stabilize our foundation (with a lifetime transferable warranty). Then Beau’s crew came two days later to fill the void below the foundation with stabilizing foam (which functions like concrete but at a fraction of the weight). Before Matt’s team arrived we had a basically worthless home, we now have a home with foundation work guaranteed for life. We also a vertical lift during the process (the max Matt felt was safe). Matt answered all our questions and the entire team worked tirelessly until the job was done (this part was a ton of work for the team but took only o... The next crew lead by Beau and his team mate Ellis came to inject the foam to fill the void below our slab. (They have lifting foam too!) The foam supports the slab while also compacting the dirt beneath, it gives us an extra vapor barrier and helps insulate. We had a void in need of filling before Ram Jack even arrived and gave us a lift. Both team leaders were masters of their professions. We interviewed three different companies for the job and Ram Jack was the only company that didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. They also offered (at the time) a two year no interest payment plan. If you contact Ram Jack for your job, ask to talk to David (David’s been doing this for a decade). He answered all my original questions, and if I had a question unique to our situation he would talk to the engineers or company heads and get back to me (rather than simply guessing at the answer). Had some cracks in the front facade of our condo, and these folks were able to quickly come and do a consultation and get us a quote for a very reasonable price. Once payment was set up, they were able to get out very soon and perform the work.
