Tyler did amazing at communication and scheduling. He was able to answer all the necessary questions and concerns I had. He was able to get a crew to the property a day early and finish the job not only quickly but with quality. Definitely recommend

The builders were kind and efficient for a good price. However, I recommend that when using Ram to make sure you get everything in writing. Because what was discussed days before can change with this company. Luckily, I take notes about everything. I was quoted, including the cost of shrub removal, a set price. After I accepted the job, this agreement changed and the total price was increased. Then David acted like he was doing me a huge favor for giving me such a good price for extra work. Sorry it was not what was originally agreed on. Stick to your word or write it down so you don’t forget. Months later my gate warped and was unable to sh... I called the number I was given with no returned call for days. I then called the “office” which is just another answering service. I didn’t hear back for another day. Don’t say you have an office on the website if you don’t have one. David said he would “look at the gate”...end of conversation. I wrote it down. For several more days I could not contact anyone about what was planned for the gate. “I will look at the gate” and “I will fix the gate” mean two very different things! So when you refuse to call someone back and then berate them for writing a review please look at your own customer service skills instead of telling them “this isn’t McDonalds”. Update: I had my fence done seven years ago and it's completely falling apart. Every top board is warped. To David who told me this isn't McDonald's and made me fight to get what I was quoted. You sure do McDonald's quality of work.

Excellent response time from Tyler and the crew. We replaced a 25 year old partial privacy cedar fence with cedar again. They removed the old fence in sections and took it away at the end. I was thoroughly impressed with the lumber quality and attention to detail on the install. They’re very cheerful people to work with.
