I hired RAM Aluminum based on a recommendation and excellent reviews on Angie's List. I was very pleased from start to finish on my new basement window and door. The door was a challenge but they did an excellent job. I Would highly recommend.

Terrible install. Not trained or skilled at all. installed a patio door so wrong it stuck when shut - had the manufacturer of the door to come out and fix what they screwed up , and was tols everything they did wrong or cut what they should not have. terrible service from ram , highly unskilled installer, and just bad practice , did not install flashing outside, caulk was messy and one window is still not working correct. You get what u pay for. Would never use or recommend this place ever again. stay away from this place
