Best customer service ever! The ladies were friendly and efficient. My father in-law needed a new recliner and delivery is quick. Local store and great people. The gentleman that rang us up was amazing as well. If you have any recliner needs for yourself or loved one shop here! I’m a forever customer!
Rains is by far the best. Bought a stove before thanksgiving had issues with new stove. They showed up went to order parts the manufacturer decided to replace stove. Rains came out and installed new stove the day it came to the store. Customer service is wonderful Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth the drive. Would give 10 stars if possible
