Had a great experience with Rainier Roofing. We hired them for a full roof replacement on our home in Seattle. We were very concerned about the process damaging our fragile garden and plants that surrounded the house. The project managers made sure the entire team was aware of the sensitive areas and they took extreme caution while working on the project. The crew was talented, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. I was working from home during the project and despite the noise, they were professional and very communicative. They pointed out soffit damage in the initial estimate and were able to keep us updated on the min / max costs, which were only able to be determined after tear-off. The project came in at our expected budget. I had the work reviewed by a builder friend and he said they did an excellent job and I chose well hiring them. I'm expecting this roof to last ~30 years so while I don't anticipate needing more roof-work, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat.

Rainier roofing replaced our roof. Top notch quality of work and communication every step of the way, from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Very professional. - Anthony did the initial inspection and invited me up on to the roof to show me the things he found. He spent an hour talking me through the current conditions of the roof system, what factors likely contributed to those conditions, and what needs to be done as part of the roof install to address all those issues. He covered much more than just replacing the shingles - he looked at the entire roof as a system including considerations for ventilation, moisture, chimney condition, water intrusion, and a vent pipe that had been previously installed wrong. - When the work started, the project team texted us many photos and descriptions of all work as it was being done. It felt like I was right there with them on the roof. - Perfect clean up. No nails or debris left around the property.

I noticed some water stains on my ceiling and called this roofing contractor and they were timely to set up an examination. They were very thorough in determining the cause of the leak and discussed the procedure of repair in a simple to comprehend manner. The team was on time and got to work on the roof, fast and without taking any shortcuts. What struck me most was the feeling of order and structure, from the first estimate to the final cleanup. They left the house tidy, and checked back later to make sure everything was still OK. I haven’t had any further problems since having the treatment and it’s been a huge relief.

Recently had Rainier Roofing do a full replacement on our townhome. Getting everyone organized and on board was a hassle but Caleb was extremely helpful and patient with us. Caleb was very easy to work with and a great communicator. The work itself was done, to my knowledge, very well and also very quick as we had incoming weather. I really appreciated the regular updates during the project. Overall everyone was easy to work with and did a fantastic job. 5 starts all the way.

We needed to get our carport converted to metal roof to get some solar panels put on it. From start to finish, Caleb was great at explaining the options, kept me up to date on what's happening, and the work got completed as promised, Throughout the work, they sent updates with pictures, the result was fantastic, and after they left, everything was cleaned meticulously. Neighbors even commented how great the new roof looks.

Super helpful and knowledgeable

Rainier Roofing did our roof in 2022 and we were impressed from the start. Logan, the sales rep, came to the house and was the only sales rep from 3 companies who got up on our 3rd floor roof and looked at it. Their price was competitive, installation was done on the day they said and they cleaned up the area after the job. The most important part is that our roof looks great! Fast forward 4 years and there was some moisture noted during a remodel we had done. They came out the next day to look at it and fixed two shingles. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Rainier Roofing!
