David came out the same day his company was called for mitigation of water damage from an active ice damn issue I had, he assessed areas that needed attention. His team was in the following day starting the mitigation process. They completed water damage removal and cleanup, no repair but that was the plan. The damage was extensive to require contractors to replace insulation and drywall. All of the staff were friendly and professional!

Brett and David and their team were absolutely amazing! They responded right away, checked in frequently and walked us through everything. Some of the most communicative and professional workers I’ve ever hired.

David and his team were Excellent. Professional service from start to finish with a septic back up (frozen leach field), during a snowstorm, up a steep driveway with 2 switchbacks. Most wouldn't even attempt it. These guys are pro's. They came over at 10PM to assess and mark the water line. The next day, they were back in the morning to clean up the "level 3" (blackwater) and do the demo without any mention of the driveway. Easy to do business with and FAST, when you need it and helpful with the insurance end. They even enjoyed the view! Highly recommend.

Brett and the team came a few days later to do the planned work; they were efficient and thorough and left the worksite spotless. We couldn’t be happier.
