They’re lucky they have no competition. Been going here for a month. Place is never clean. Dog poop on the floor. No hot water for multiple weeks now. Most washers smell like something has died in them. At least 1/3 of the machines don’t work. Sure looks like the owners don’t take any pride in their business. If it wasn’t for having to drive over an hour to the next nearest laundromat I’d never wash my clothes here.
This laundromat is truly the heart of our little town. Being the only one around, it could easily get overlooked or taken for granted, but the owners make sure it never feels that way. You can tell they put so much care and pride into their business, everything is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What I appreciate most is how much they go through to keep things running smoothly for all of us. It’s not easy being the only laundromat in town, but they do it with such dedication. Being the only laundry in Jamestown . Why Can't the owners invest in their own business. Unfortunately I have to come here from time to time as I'm from out of town here working . and Everytime there are more and more machines with (OUT OF ORDER ON THEM) ?? More working machines=more profit rt??? Hmmm. Plse do Better.....
