Vasyl did a great job with our fence. Bradley as well. They were always on time and very professional. Communicated about details along the way and left us with a beautiful fence that will surely outlast our previous fence. Rain City Fence was far more reasonably priced than other companies we got estimates from as well. No sales pitches or upselling tactics with these guys. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our beautiful new fence! The support from Rain City was superlative. Cannot say enough good things about the crew, John, Greg and Ceasar-who were professional, hard working and pleasant to have on site -they arrived on time every day by 7:00 am and put in a long day. Rain City also took away rubble, and debris that included trees and shrubs removed from the site. It is an absolutely beautiful fence as they navigated a sloping lot with perfect results. They knocked out our own design for a trellis and gate in a Japanese style which we had designed for our other home in Montana. Rain City Rocks!

Our family just replaced a very long fence around our entire property, much of which is on slopes, rocks and not straight forward. We did board-on-board style, with a continuous top. John, Keith and their whole team were fantastic to work with. They offered quality fence products and design at a good price (when we compared with other companies). We never felt pressured and they were extremely responsive as we determined if we wanted to work with them. They brought the price down for us when we indicated that another company could do something for less. We collaborated with 3 other neighbor properties and John directly communicated with them and broke out shared costs in a quick and easy-to-understand way. Neighbors only had positive things to say. Keith was one of the most reliable crew chiefs I have ever encountered. He arrived and left each day like clockwork at predictable hours and I didn't ever see him resting on his laurels except during lunch in his truck. He even had a positive attitude when working in the pouring rain or snow and while training a new employee! Keith was an excellent communicator and checked in with me frequently during the install to ensure that everything was just as we wanted it, including redoing parts where we changed our minds about our original design choices. He assured me that if any part of the fence has issues in the future that he and his crew would be back to make it right. We are thrilled with the facelift Rain City Fence gave our property and our neighbors' properties and we highly recommend working with them!

Vasili and Kalef did an excellent job installing a new fence and gate. Their communication on expected start dates was much appreciated, as well as their communication throughout the installation process. During construction, they were able to come up with possible solutions to issues on the fly. I was very impressed that they were able to install the fence in a single day, including adjustments for unexpected below-grade conditions!

I hired Rain City Fence to build a side fence and a rolling back gate for my property, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. My property has a slightly complicated slope, but they handled it beautifully. They created a lattice design that worked perfectly with the slope while keeping the back fence line clean and straight. The final result actually exceeded my expectations. The fence looks great, feels solid, and the design details--like the posts set in cement--are perfect for the Pacific Northwest. I'm also glad the fence comes with a warranty, which gives me confidence in how it will hold up over time. Overall, I'm very happy with Rain City Fence and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality fence. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.
