I can't say enough good things about Eric. He has helped my in personal computer as well as my business on programs he has never even seen before. I wish my eyes were as fast as his hands when he is working on my computer. Compete Trust.
Rahn is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! I brought in a PC case from Thermaltake (the Tower 600 model), which he’d never seen in person before. Despite that, he dissected and rebuilt it effortlessly. He worked quickly while teaching me about my case and PC components as I watched him reassemble everything. I recommend **not** building your PC yourself—let Rahn handle it instead. While DIY can be a fun learning experience, there’s simply too much I didn’t know, and I would’ve saved time (and stress!) by having him do it from the start. Rahn is also very kind. He responded intelligently, he also ensured that the information he provided was accurate and helpful. I feel he has a strong foundation of knowledge, he's equipped to tackle a wide range of cpu troubleshooting topics. 🤓 It's important to me to be provided with assistance promptly, by a tech who definitely understands the value of time.
