WORST service ever!! I dropped my laptop off last SEPTEMBER 2021 and it was NEVER even touched. No calls, no check ins, nothing. All I had was three keys missing and this business just wasted my time. If you need something repaired please look elsewhere. After calling around, other businesses told me my laptop could be done in 1 week….if I could give this place 0/5 I would. Did I mention that they never even apologized for not working on my laptop in the last 11 months? I don’t have many bad reviews and love supporting local businesses but this one…NEVER AGAIN!!

Brant put in a new battery in our ten year old MacBook Pro. Fair price, work done exactly on time and as quoted. Felt very comfortable with the process and would have him do this type of work again. Nice to have a neighborhood person do it, rather than send it to a huge corporation.

Please never give this man a chance at your business. Dropped my laptop off the 18th of December. Was promised parts would be ordererld the next day and my machine would be fixed by the 6th of January with no issue as I needed it to be ready be then. After a multitude of calls that I made I was repeatedly told lies about the status of my repair and with no improvement or updates I took my device back. I took my device back on the 19th of February (this month) nothing was worked on. I got an apology from the owner/repairman but I did not feel this was sufficient. The only information or "updates" I got about this repair were from reaching out...Please never give this man a chance at your business. Dropped my laptop off the 18th of December. With much weeping and gnashing of teeth, our network died on us yesterday. We replaced the router, and that got us functional again, but things just weren't right. We decided to get outside help and put our faith in Radiant Tech Repair...and we are SO GLAD we did! They were very polite and courteous over the phone, happy to discuss the job and provide a quote. They scheduled their network guru, Adam, to come out and service us next-day. Adam was here exactly when he was scheduled, and set to work immediately. Our entire staff was impressed with the depth of Adam's knowledge and how quickly and thoroughly he worked! He fixed everything we asked, found other problems we didn't even know about, and gave us great advice about software and backup protocols. He was very friendly with staff and really easy to communicate our needs to. On top of everything else, he even installed a robust, free antivirus for our computers that found many viruses, so now our computers should run faster as well. We are very excited to work with our new and improved network and will be calling Radiant FIRST the next time we have a problem!
