Zachary Gibbons worked with me ( jumped through some hoops ) to make sure I ordered what was in the spec's. And after receiving them realized my contractor was providing them. I contacted Zachary to see about returning them and he was more than gracious. Even after the return had been approved and done, I had some technical questions that nobody else was providing clear answers to. So I contacted Zachary and he promptly emailed me clear answers to my questions. If I ever had occasion and needed to order anything R.C. Worst provides, I would do it without hesitation !
