Elijah helped us in record time and was friendly and communicative the whole way through. We had an issue with our oven and he took the time to not only show us what the problem was but also how he would go about fixing it and the results that would follow. When my LG washing machine started leaking, I didn't know where to begin to find the right company to assess the problem. After determining that LG wasn't able to send a technician out for a couple of days, I came across QuickFix Appliance Repair Services by way of a basic Google search for services in my area. When I called, Elazar answered promptly and he was able to come out that same day! Elazar was super efficient in assessing the problem, and he was able to determine the cause of the leak and the part required to repair it within less than 30 minutes. Elazar ordered the part that Friday afternoon and came back to complete the repair on... Excellent communication, quick service, and fixed the problem first try. Texted the model number of the washing machine the day before and he showed up with all the possible parts potentially needed to fix the issue. Great experience. Thanks again!
