My experience here was a masterclass in dishonesty, incompetence, and unprofessional behavior. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my phone here to be unlocked and was told it would be ready the next day. Instead, I got days of excuses and constantly changing stories. First he claimed he already paid to unlock it, then suddenly it was $25, then $79, then $165. Every time I came back, the story changed again.
He repeatedly asked for my eSIM, which no legitimate unlock service needs. When I refused, he refused to return my phone unless I paid him money I never agreed to. He tried to hold my phone hostage over made up costs. I had to involve the police just to get my own property back. Even the officer told him he couldn’t legally force me to sign anything or pay him — because he never unlocked the phone in the first place.
This was the most unprofessional, dishonest experience I’ve ever had with a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere reputable.

Really appreciate Mike for fixing me and my daughter phone I have an iPhone 11 and the back was shattered took him no time to fix it and my daughter phone he fixed her front screen and back camera in 15 mins and he works with you with pricing you definitely get what u pay for and it’s well worth it thanks Mike will be doing business soon buddy!!!!!
