Quick Fix Kirby

I put a kirby that was only a year old in for maintenance & when I didn't pick it up within the 30 day period, this company took it apart & sent it back to kc!! We are still making payments on something we now don't have!!! The owner told me after 30 days it's there's. Yet they NEVER bothered to call me & remind me!!! They should of had the common courtesy to call a few times before they got rid of it!!!

Was verbally told at the time of transaction that the price was $109 total. The charge later showed up on my credit card as $150. He also said he would clean, but not buff and polish, the metal surfaces. They were not cleaned at all. Still had all the dirt i left on it. A quick wipe down with basic household cleaner and paper towels proved that.

The woman who complained and gave the store one star is not being honest. When she first showed up with the vacuum 6 months previous she tried to sale it to the store. If she says she owed money on it then thats against the law to sale to someone else. Anyways the office tried to contact her on 3 different actions and never received a responds. Yes the stores policy is to sale or remove sweeper after 30 days but always hold on to it for more then 3 months even though is posted at store only 30 days. Dennis knows his stuff!! Very pleased with his personality and knowledge...prices aren't too bad. If you have a Kirby, and not servicing here, big mistake.

I was reading the negative reviews and realized no matter how hard we try some people will complain and lie when they dont get there way. The business does everything it csn to help people. But sometimes doesnt matter. Alot of people today only know how to lie to get ehay they want. Anyways we are here for all and sorry to the miserable people that lie and leave bad reviews.
