I had a great experience with this company. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my appliance working perfectly again without trying to upsell or overcomplicate the repair. The pricing was fair and transparent. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable appliance repair.

I posted looking for a Kenmore washer repairman- not a handyman. Spoke to Skip, a very pleasant man, he told me about his business & that he could check the washer, dryer & dishwasher @ same time, suggested prices & showed up promptly just 3 days later. Less than 2 hrs later, the work is complete (by Mike). I completely felt comfortable with Mike here and hovered over him for a little while until I realized he was completely into his fix...a new rubber door boot to stop the leaking. Fast and efficient! They were transparent about the issue and did not seem like they were price gouging. I had my thermostat repaired and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome and functionality; especially during the colder nights. 12/10 would definitely recommend for repairs and replacements!
