From start to finish I was impressed with QR. 9.5 times out of 10, if a company has solid communication it means their work is solid too and that was the TRUTH in this case! We had the tub to our old house reglazed (we are getting ready to sell it) and my husband was pleased with their work (he used to do apartment maintenance and flip apartments so he’s very picky about how things look)! If you need your tub done, these are the people to call. No shady business, no extra fees, just the quote and that was it. Plus they have a cool app that lets you track the progress of the project (we weren’t at the house when it was done).
So excited to have found Quality Restoration to refinish my claw foot tub! Time had taken its toll and there were multiple spots where chips had turned to big holes in the finish. I sent a request through their website and they replied with the easiest communication. I sent pictures via text and they sent me a quote! With in two weeks they came to my house and refinished the tub in one day! It looks absolutely amazing!! Bradley the man who came to fix it was super kind and very thorough! I now have a beautiful tub again! Beyond thrilled! Totally recommend!!
