Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The team at Quality Pools by Design was professional, transparent, and truly cared about getting every detail right. A couple of years ago we had a bad experience with a company that opened our pool. I was very upset with him. I called around and I was able to get QUALITY POOLS to help me. They have been great. I can’t say enough about them. Every time I call they listen to what I have to say, and they help me get it resolved Last year we had a huge problem that ended up to be my fault with the pool that I didn’t think would ever happen and when I called them they were there within a couple of days to help me out and I was so grateful I will use them as long as I can. They are great people.
I called Quality Pools about an issue with my pool pump. I had never used them before and they showed up the next day. Gave me good, honest information and I plan on having them check out my pool in the Spring and give me some prices for a new pool cover. No one seems to want to help small businesses these days, and with the little bit of help they had they did a great job! Thanks Quality Pools:)
My automatic pool cover broke and Dirk adjusted his schedule, late on a Friday, to come out and repair it. He was very responsive, professional and thorough with his repair. Great service. Made sure we would be able to use it with no issues. Great guy! If you need a pool service....he gets it that the service is just as important as putting the pool in.....Give them a call.
Clay and Dirk helped with my in ground pool that was put in last year by a different company. Although that company continued to disappoint me and my family over and over again, Clay and Dirk both went above and beyond to do everything they could to make up for the company’s shortcomings. Clay was there for all the tears and heartache caused by the previous company and never once tried to brush it off, but instead did everything he could to fix the situation time and time again. Dirk helped with all the chemicals along with other parts of the pool and answered every single question I had including. When he could hear uncertainty in my voice,... Clay and Dirk helped with my in ground pool that was put in last year by a different company. Although that company continued to disappoint me and my family over and over again, Clay and Dirk both went above and beyond to do everything they could to make up for the company’s shortcomings. Because of their help, their integrity, and their knowledge of the trade, I trust BOTH of them completely. My pool still needs work done from mistakes left by the previous company, and I’ve hired Clay and Dirk to finish the job. Why? Because I know I’ll get a wonderful finished product with two guys that are not only great, but stand behind their products and services 100%. You need repairs? A new liner? A replacement pool? Or a new pool to enjoy with your family? Clay and Dirk are the ones you need to call ASAP.
