They arrived on time and the technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a few minutes. He also gave me tips on maintenance and upkeep as well. The price was fantastic considering that many places want to upcharge you for everything. I will continue to call them in the future if any issues arise.

As the general contractor I ordered the doors and openers for this building on April 8 with another sales rep, shortly after the building was built and ready for garage doors I was told we would have a new rep. From there everything went downhill as far as customer service. I spoke with him on 8/4 to let him know we were ready for install tobe later told doors, install scheduled for 9/2. Spoke to Ronnie on 9/8 to see why install did not happen. Told panels came in wrong. And openers not in. Called again about openers and panels, rescheduled for 10/6. Finally heard job completed after I called to confirm.
