Dan was incredibly accommodating. When I called to book my service, I told Dan that I would need the carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and the hallway tile sealed & cleaned. After reassessing my own needs, I asked Dan if he “had time” to also clean and seal the tile in two bathrooms, the entry way tile, tile in front of the back door as well as the tile that lined the living room. I’ve never had my carpets or tile cleaned, so I didn’t know how much extra time I would need. At the time, I didn’t know how many more hours and the effort this would add to my service. Additionally, because of the grout I have, Dan had to go over each tile with a pain... Dan was incredibly accommodating. I now understand how much time I added to his day and how much I cost him from his evening family time. I’m happy to say my tile and carpets look even better than when I bought the house; I didn’t know how dirty they were - until I saw them cleaned. I thought it was “just the way” grout looked as it aged.
