Quality Fence & Welding

I stopped by Quality Fence and Welding late in the afternoon, as many employees were leaving. I inquired about either buying a metal pole or having my own welding. I was told that they no longer sold single items to the public but one of the employees took me back into the building and summoned a manager for me. I explained my situation and he reiterated that they didn't sell single items but then he said let me see if we can help you. H then spent 10 minutes checking their supplies to see if they had my size and length of pipe available. Turns out that they did not but then he gave me three options, all involving his competitors! Easy to schedule. I had our gate opener repaired. The technician was super nice, fast and knowledgeable.

We had some rickety wooden steps going out our back door that needed to be replaced. We called several companies and Quality gave a very reasonable estimate, then completed the work quickly and professionally. Our tenant is very happy with the railing.

Very poor Quality, very poor response. No warranty, Fence faded and leaning, Gate has had issues, closer replaced once Already. Poor

When comparing our newly installed fence by Quality Fence & Welding with several of our neighbors newly installed fences from different companies, there is a noticeable difference in the quality! Quality Fence & Welding doesn't cut corners like some of their competitors. We are very happy with our fence from Quality Fence & Welding.

Don't waste your time..I had the Project Manager (Charlie Baer) came to my property to give me an estimate to replace a 96 foot long cedar fence and gate on 14 April 25. He told me I would have a estimate by the end of the day. I made a call to the office, texted him and left a voice mail. He did call me back and said he would get "SOMETHING" sent. Today is 28 April 25..

This company allows their drivers to hit your vehicle and then not take responsibility. The driver even admitted fault at the scene, and then they denied it to their insurance. Shows the integrity of this company.

Prompt estimate, professional work crews, and responsive follow-up. Very pleased with the quality of our new wrought iron fence, and with the excellent service we received.
