Driver went above and beyond to get me and my car home safely. He worked overtime and just hours before a blizzard was to hit our area. So grateful, thank you so much.

Waited for a tow for 2 hours. They told me they would be there at 3pm. At 4pm called and they said we were next. Ten minutes later received a text saying "tow canceled ". We didn't cancel. When we called back they kept hanging up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous! I don't know why car insurance companies are using these low life, unprofessional companies.

do NOT attempt to get a tow from here. all they’ll do is play in your face all day and into the night seeing how you’ll be waiting 6 hours for a tow just to be told time and time again it’ll be another hour and a half and then they’ll just never come and ignore you!!! a SCAM!
