Purchased a whirlpool refrigerator for a really good price! It was delivered and set up and the delivery guys were very nice! Unfortunately, the fridge I got wasn’t tempting correctly so they sent out a repair man the very next day to try and fix it! Got home from work and the fridge was still not tempting so I contacted these guys and they were so nice and they allow you to exchange for a similar product if the one you bought doesn’t end up working! I am beyond impressed with their customer service and their loyalty to their 90 day guarantee on their products! Very good quality very good service very good people very nice and polite and really good prices and I will send people their way you know what they got the dryer fixed I'll put pictures of it when I get it back tomorrow they even gave me one for loan until that one was fixed I think it was amazing there is no way I would hesitate to send someone else to them I would send anybody in the world to them they are that good very polite and they literally will help you out and get exactly what you want

We bought a propane stove at Quality on Monday. Very hard to find used propane stoves. Got it home and hooked up and the burners didn't have a good flame. Called Quality and the owner and repair man came out a few hours after our call. Fixed the issue. Very impressed with the quality of customer service. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone searching for used appliances.
