We used QSolution in June 2024, tech was clean and professional but tried to upsell! Spent about $750 (250 on initial visit and diagnostic and 500 for part and repair). Well, 7 months later the new part and repair failed! When I reached out I was told they only provide a 3 month warranty and they could come out again. Why would I ever have them back! I expected a bit longer than 7 months after a full part replacement! I would NOT recommend unless you only expect a very short term fix.

Finally a repair company that offers a fair estimate, sticks to the price and provides a guaranteed time frame for the repair. They were prompt, professional, and very skilled. Would highly recommend for both home and commercial repairs. Will definitely use again for future maintenance and/or appliance issues.
