Review This is going to a longer review because a few sentences cannot accurately describe the care, quality and customer service that QC Fence provides! From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible and I am so thankful we chose them to demolish our old chain link and install a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence. From initial consult, Chase provided excellent service. He was on time and spent every bit of 30 mins on our property, explaining how the process would work. He answered every single one of my questions without hesitation and with complete confidence in his materials and team. He was even answering questions before I could ask them. The attention to detail and willingness to answer all my concerns is ultimately what made me decide to move forward with QC Fence. They called 811 on our behalf and received clearance to continue demolish and construction. They were very flexible to our needs and work schedule, so we nailed down a date of Feb 5-6. Trevor and his team mate were very clear about the process when they arrived to start work. Day 1 was removal of the old chain link and setting posts! Which they ended up staying well after 5pm to make it happen. The following day, they began construction the panels and I had some concerns about how high they were off the ground. We have dogs/puppies and I was concerned about them getting under the fence. Trevor was so kind and took several minutes to explain to me that the posts were not in their final position and that once the panels were installed, they would go to each post individually and drive them further into the ground. To further complicate this project, we wanted to fence around a complete eye sore that was a public utility/sewer station. However, 811 did not mark these lines, so through zero fault of their own, the line was hit. Trevor immediately informed me and he informed the QC Fence office. I am explaining this part of the process not to discourage future clients, but to actually ENCOURAGE. Because this is where their customer service and pride in their work really stood out. From the moment this line was struck, Megan worked with me all day long to figure out who this utility belonged to. She was on the phones the entire day, and well after 5pm, to make sure this line was fixed properly and didn’t endanger my pets. Ultimately, the line was fixed at 9pm that evening, and we owe that to Megan an QC Fence! The following week, Megan spent every day checking in with me, calling the utility company herself and providing updates on when they could come out to mark. Our property was finally marked correctly on a Friday at 3 pm. Under normal circumstances, I would assume that a contractor would complete work the following week. Not QC Fence. Trevor and his teammate were on my property within an hour to discuss options to work around the lines and our fence was completed by 5:30. And the most remarkable part of this process in my eyes, was that QC Fence never once asked for the final payment or any sum of money until the following Monday. They never once hounded me about money. They stood by their mission and didn’t request payment until the project was completed to my satisfaction. And further more, Megan drove out of her way to pick up our last payment. I truly cannot express how wonderful this company and its associates are. Like any investment, we were concerned about spending the money based on reviews and good faith. But these wonderful people provided us with peace of mind every step of this process. My husband, myself, and our 5 dogs are forever grateful for this incredible group of people. There will be no other phone call when we need more fencing solutions. Hired them to demolish my fence. They came out to inspect the yard the same week I called them. They sent a crew out a day or two after I signed the contract, finished same day they started, and no trash or debris was left behind. Really no complaints at all. I would absolutely hire them again.
