Excellent person/service! Thought we had an issue, he listened and looked then took pictures. He then went to roof found the issue and fixed it on spot! Checked our total roof just to make sure no complications. Very personable, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend him to anyone having water/roof issues. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
We are incredibly thankful for Josh. He came out immediately after the huge hail storm in May to confirm roof damage. He worked very diligently with our insurance adjuster to validate the need for a new roof which we got approved, thanks to him. He is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions and even got the roofing crew out ahead of schedule. Pyramid was a dream to work with and also has one of the best warranties around. Thank you so much!
Chase, Josh, and Tasha were great to work with! They were quick to respond, super helpful, and they went over and beyond to answer any questions we had. Our roof looks great, and the crew members were friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend them 100 percent!
They did a fantastic job. Took a while to get booked only because they were so backed up due to all the storm damage around here. Very professional. Cleaned up completely. My roof and gutters look awesome
Pyramid roofing was great when we were getting an estimate. They even offered to be there when the insurance company adjusters came out. They pointed out issues and got them approved. We had 2 properties with hail damage and they told us they could do both the roof and the siding. Once approved they came out and got both rooves done pretty fast, especially considering there were alot of people with damage after that big storm. However, we waited for over a month to get the siding done on one of our properties and the other one still hasn't been done. It's been over 4 months and we have been calling weekly. For a while we talked to the secreta... Pyramid roofing was great when we were getting an estimate. They even offered to be there when the insurance company adjusters came out. For a while we talked to the secretary who kept saying someone would call. We finally got the cell number of the person responsible for the siding contract and he never answered the phone. We left multiple messages but never got a call back. We called today and told them just to send us the bill for the roof and we would go elsewhere for our siding since they couldn't be bothered to get back to us. The secretary apologized but couldn't give us any reason for being ghosted. We were excited about them at first and they had good reviews on Nick Reed but won't do business with them in the future.
