PuroClean of Western Milwaukee

I am very pleased with PuroClean Milwaukee/Waukesha. They reacted quickly and efficiently after I called them to help after our basement flooded during the August 2025 Milwaukee flood. The project leader, Anthony, was wonderful, professional , knowledgeable and pleasant. A crew came in and cleaned my basement lead by Anthony and Mario who was great too! There were a few stubborn spots left afterward that PuroClean came back quickly to take care of with no problem. I would absolutely call them again! Thank you PuroClean!

Excellent service. They worked on handling water damage due to a broken pipe. The team was very courteous and professional. They put down a long rug across the kitchen floor to avoid tracking dirt onto my kitchen floor. Mario and Anthony worked quickly and quietly as I work from home often and did not interrupt my work. Ryan Beardsley and Tim Kreczmer were incredible. They were both honest, reliable and very courteous. My parent’s roof was installed under a State Farm insurance claim three years ago by a subcontractor of Puroclean. In the process of getting the home ready for sale, we noticed defects in the roof so we contacted State Farm and then Puroclean. Ryan and Tim of Puroclean reviewed the roof and agreed that there were defects in its installation. They agreed to not only honor their warranty of the subcontractor’s work by putting on a new roof at no charge but they also upgraded the shingles to 30 year architectural shingles at no charge. Mario and his team came to sanitize our basement and bathroom after a plumbing issue. They were courteous, kind, respectful and did a great job. I would highly recommend their services.
