We had a sewage backup issue in our basement. My husband and I hauled the stuff out that was sitting in the water and needed thrown away and we did one round of cleaning but the room still smelled like sewage. PuroClean came the next day and loaded up the things that needed thrown away and cleaned the floor in the basement. We had the stuff sitting in the garage on some big cardboard pieces and they also cleaned the garage floor after loading everything up. The smell issue was taken care of and it was great to find someone that would haul away the things that were ruined! The garage floor being sanitized was such a nice added bonus!

I had a very positive experience with PuroClean. They repaired damage to my home and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. They stayed in close communication with me, worked with both me and my insurance company, and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. Every time I called with a question they took the time and made sure I understood the entire process- I talked to Ryan more times than I can count. I was always in the loop & aware of where we stood. There was a point where I felt really frustrated, but Joe remained patient and took the time to explain things... I had a very positive experience with PuroClean.
