Pure Art Printer

Working with Mitchell at Pure Art Printer was amazing. I had several questions before sending my jobs to production and he answered all of them quickly and patiently even though it was a busy time of the year for the company. The quality of Pure Art's metal images is top-notch and they offer many options for customization, including hangers, frames, etc. Finding a company that has both personalized customer service and a professional product is difficult and Pure Art Printer excels in both regards.

As far as I know Mitch at Pure Art is the only guy in Southern Utah printing on metal. You wouldn't be reading these reviews if you haven't already seen pictures on metal. Printing on metal is phenomenal. The vibrance and contrast are just incredible. Pure Art has been wonderful to work with. Mitch takes his time helping me see what fits and where to crop. I have not had good luck over the internet, I like the artistic control with Pure Art, dealing locally. I've done about 12-15 prints with them. One of them didn't turn out perfect. If you want Exceptional Quality, Exceptional Customer Service, Exceptional of all worlds in any Art turned into a Fabulous print.... don't look any further than Pure Art Printing!!!!! Once you meet Mitch the owner and Victor his awesome partner in crime; the crime that is.....The Most Exceptional....Really not enough space for what I would like to tell of this Awesome team. EXTREMELY awesome printer for metal prints and more. I have used Pure Art Printer for a few years now and have always been blown away everytime I pick up my product. Mitch is the man! I have also found Pure Art is easy to work with as far as creating the files, uploading and sharing on Dropbox. Mitch grabs the files and takes a look at them to ensure the best quality prints he can do. He has caught a screw up of mine a few times which really saved me and I am sure I wouldn't get that same personalized service online or elsewhere. I have to say their work is great which is why we chose them, however, their customer service could use some improvement. We ordered a print on metal on December 3rd for a Christmas present. We were told that we had missed the cut off to guarantee it by Christmas by 3 days, but if they got it done earlier they would contact us. We did not hear anything from them so sent an email on December 24th for an update. We were told that our print was done on December 10th and that they had notified us via text and even received a response from us saying we had already picked it up!
