6 am - hooked my garage door on my car hatch- got it off. But when putting the door back down it came off the rollers on one side. We thought the door was history. But the came and fixed it by noon. Reasonable price Aldo. Highly recommend this company
In all the years working with PS Garage doors this is the first time I have been disappointed. They have installed new doors and systems for me, serviced my equipment, and done all of my regular maintenance. But this is the first time I can truly say I wont be going back to them. I called in a service request because I needed an additional opener and because I could see light under my garage door and water gets in during the rainy months and from melting snow. So I called to get the seal replaced because the current bottom seal was old, flat, and cracked. A technician came, but did not replace the bottom seal. They replaced all of the other... They replaced all of the other seals along the sides and top, but not what I needed and then sent me a bill for 1.5 hours of labor at $100.00 PER HOUR to replace seals I did not ask to have replaced. When I reached out about it, my response felt rather dismissive and uncaring. Kind of like a, "Well that's the breaks." kind of answer. Like I said, I have worked with them with multiple houses and properties and this one service really made me feel unheard and uncared for. Will go looking elsewhere for help and work in the future. **Update** The owner of PS Garage doors reached out to me personally after seeing this review and had someone come and replace the bottom seal. He also had the invoice corrected to just reflect the charge for the bottom seal as it was all I originally asked for. New bottom seal looks great. Thank you!
The service is EXCELLENT. I called about my broken opener and they had the guys out in about an hour.
Excellent service that lives up to the hype! I had issues with my garage door not closing and contacted the company twice. Each time, they sent a team of two right away and resolved the problem efficiently. The staff was professional, friendly, and even provided helpful maintenance advice. Highly recommended. This occurred late 2023 and early 2024 with PS Garage Doors. The garage doors were covered under warranty and were not closing correctly. A tech came out and replaced a wire on the overhead unit which fixed the issue. The company sent a bill, and when questioned about the bill they stated it was a photo eye issue not covered under warranty. Luckily, there were security cameras on the property. The bill was dropped shortly after the video was circulated. Customers should not have to jump through hoops the prove what repairs were actually made are warranty repairs.
