Prudential Alarm

Years ago, our former building manager recommended Prudential Alarm to us for a combination lockset replacement. Whenever I need service, I reach out to Jay at Prudential Alarm. Jay provides excellent customer service, as does every single tech that has assisted me over the years. Last week, I needed an urgent code reset on our lock and Jay sent out two techs the very next day! The techs were friendly, professional and fast. Service people were on time, very professional, had on Prudential jackets to identify themselves, removed their work boots without being asked. They were very knowledgeable, and thorough. They were at my house for an hour, but unable to assess the problem, and as a result unable to fix the issue. They did replace the backup battery, but that intervention was unsuccessful. My instructions were to wait for a call from the office to discuss further options.

Prudential worked on upgrading and installing our new cameras, door access systems and alarms. They were professional, punctual and reliable. We have been working with them for several years and we can always count on their team for solution oriented actions and support. Highly recommended.
