I brought my car here and spent 1600 and they did nothing the guy charged and didn’t fix shit!! He made it worse!!! Don’t go here if you want to lose money!! The mechanics name was Lee😏

I have an unusually large Toyota Tundra, that is over 20ft long (4 full sized doirs, & an 8ft bed). Because of its length, I discovered that most wheel alignment placed canmot accomodate a ttuck like mibe (I tried 3 different ones). So the people at Passport Auto in Cranston ( where I normally go for svc) recommended Prov Automotive Engineering to me. While at my appt, I noted that the owner was unusually conscientious, as he informed me about some common difficulties with Tundras, & his expressed desire for an alignment in the optimum range. Please do not bring your car to this place And if you have Audi BMW or Mercedes, do not when your car to this mechanic shop, I took my car for inspection. They kept my car for two weeks thanking that they were working on my car when they finally called me to pick up my car, they told me they was unable to fix it. Great guys, been family owned for years, and everyone in the waiting lobby had nothing but great things to say. Went in for an alignment for my company's work truck and was in and out with time to make it to my first job of the day. Thanks guys.
