Grant Clark, the HVAC technician, did an excellent job diagnosing and servicing my HVAC unit—very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Paul Berry, the service manager, was professional, straightforward, and honest in presenting options for repairs and a new system. This made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Both took the time to explain each and every step and not assume I knew anything about HVAC. Their recommendations...I had a excellent experience with Prothermal Heating and Air in Broken Arrow, OK. Grant was my technician and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most professional people I have ever had in my home to do anything. It was clearly obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was great at explaining things without talking over my head without using a bunch of technical terms that I wouldn't understand just to impress me. Simply put he was a super nice guy, clean cut in his appearance and very professional in every respect. I will not hesitate to recommend Pro Thermal nor will I hesitate to call you back in the future.
