We were referred by a friend of ours after a storm damaged our roof causing a leak. Landon came out the same day and did his measurements. The next day he came by with all the information and explained everything in great detail. He was very professional and patient as this is our first ever roof replacement. He provided us with a couple of quotes and we made our decision that evening. He kept in constant communication with us and even covered the leaky section of the roof prior to more storms that were forecast to hit our area. He offered to do it for us as a courtesy which was totally unexpected. The crew was courteous and did a great job of cleaning up during the day and again at the end of the day. Landon, Bridget, and their crew did an awesome job on my mod bit roof! They installed all the decking as well as replaced some fascia that was rotted. I am very pleased with their work, attention to detail, and professionalism. Bridget was at the site with eyes on for most of the day which I really was really impressed by, overlooking things and keeping the area cleaned up. They finished the entire roof in one day too! Lastly Protex gave me the best pricing out of 4 quotes. Hands down recommending Protex and I will be using them again for future roof repairs.
