ProTech computer repair

AMAZING!! Mo was super helpful and kind. I recieved a new motherboard earlier today and it wasn’t POSTing. I had tried everything I could, reseating the CPU, the RAM, loosening screws on the heatsink, before I gave up and decided to call a local shop. Mo was very quick with the job, diagnosed it within 15 minutes, and then helped me with solutions and finding a new motherboard that works. My case and all the innards were completely disassembled and I couldn’t really get a good grip on it. He offered to carry it to my car and then told me that I didn’t have to pay the fee for the PC diagnosis. I would 100% come back here again and recommend it... Read full review

I had tripped over my laptop cable and my laptop stopped charging. I panicked. When I brought it to Moe, he helped me understand what was wrong with it and talked me through what needed to be repaired. Now I have a fully functioning laptop. He never gave me an attitude. Was always patient to listen to what I wanted. He did not take excessively long to make the repairs and was really professional. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with him. I had a great experience with Protech. They built me a custom gaming desktop, and it turned out awesome. It’s super fast, super clean, and exactly what I was looking for. While I was there, they also fixed the cracked screen on my laptop. It honestly looks brand new. The whole process was easy, and everyone was really helpful. Big thanks to the owner. His knowledge and advice made everything a lot less stressful, and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. If you need a gaming PC built or any computer repairs, I definitely recommend Protech. They really took care of me.

Moe is a GREAT guy!!! Runs diagnostics to locate the problem and discusses your options. Once I decided what I wanted done for my issue he got right to work and got it done within a few hrs!!! Quick, efficient and great customer service!... All the reviews were and are right! Come here for all your computer needs!!

Attached is a before and after. When I called Mo, I was hesitant to take it to him as I had never had to take a computer in for repair. He ran a diagnostic, told me what was up, and laid out my options. We went ahead with a FULL cleaning of the computer, cable management, getting an actual CPU fan, repasting, and he had it ready by roughly 10am the next day. Absolutely fantastic service, great pricing, and very quick and clean work! Will come here again!
