Property Pros did an amazing job at turning our scary looking bathroom into the bathroom of our dreams! They were easy to work with and very professional! We will be using them for all of our future renovations! We also invested in a tankless water heater which was a great purchase for our family of 5!
We needed work done to our raised screened in porch and surrounding decking. Our property insurance required that we add railings and balusters, and we also needed to replace 50-year old decking and screens. We had several quotes done, and were most impressed with the comprehensive knowledge and responsiveness of Joe A. from Property Pros. We are SO glad that we chose this company to do the work. The job foreman Paul and his crew (Josh, Justin, and Anthony) were here each day by 8 am, were always respectful, patient, and put in a lot of extra effort working around the existing framing and giving us an above-expectations completed project. This is a company I would not hesitate to use again, and one which I would readily recommend to anyone in the area. They let their work and their customer service speak for itself. Property Pros replaced our fence and turned our sunroom into a space that we are getting more use out of and we could not be happier! They were very professional, the process was quick, and turned out better than we could have imagined! We look forward to our next project with them!

Price was reasonable for what needed done. but not as bad as a few other local quotes we got. the work done is fantastic. Great job and took the time to get everything done properly not just thrown together for the money. (even shingled my shed i built). i definitely will recommend to all my frineds
