This company is the biggest joke! This is the roof vent that they claimed was repaired. When called and questioned as to why there is mold and mildew growing in the bathroom ceiling, the answer was that the claim is complete and repaired. Well years later opened the ceiling up to find this. Great job guys!
Absolutely amazing service. Kind, patient, definitely helpful. NO one else was willing to even spend time on me. They responded less that 4 hours after my call. Stopped further water damage & recommended plumber, who was more qualified, than anyone I met before, in this field. I would recommend these people 100%. High quality remodeling. It takes time, but they do great quality job. They replaced my entire ceiling in the laundry room.

Property Restoration Inc., one class act. My home had severe water damage from a broken water line in the middle of the night in September of 2021. It flooded two bathrooms and my kitchen. Floors and ceilings were ruined. Asbestos abatement had to be done prior to needing a contractor come in to repair all the damage. I was at a loss of finding a reliable contractor until someone I knew told me to speak to Property Restoration Inc. I made the call to ask if they had an estimator come out to look at the scope of work at my home. I knew I needed to replace ceilings and floors, and a couple bathroom walls, besides replacing lighting in my hous... Property Restoration Inc., one class act. Keith, From Property Restoration came out to look at my home. My insurance adjustor had already survey the damage which was extensive, so I had a good idea the job would be big, and not a quick easy fix. Keith came out, looked, then put a proposal together a couple days later which matched up what my insurance company had projected. After speaking with my insurance company, I made the choice to go with Property Restoration based on personally knowing one of their employees, and the reviews I had read. When work was to begin, Jerry and Pat came to my home to do the most of the construction. They were always on time when they said they would be here, and they were also very respectful of my home and myself. In fact everyone from this company has treated me respectfully, and listened if I had any concerns. Their work is top notch and they took their time working on my home verses trying to do the job quickly just to be in and out. Their work shows the pride they take in the job they do. I had read a couple reviews where people said they thought Property Restoration was a little high priced, but their price in estimating this job line up with a couple dollars of what my insurance company worked up. One of the MOST important issues with having anyone work in your home is being able to trust the people that show upon and be in your home to do a job. I can say without a doubt I would, and did trust every single one of workers that came to my home to do work. I had no reservations at all to leave them in my home while I ran out to do an errand or two. Being able to trust workers in your home is just as important as the work they do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs a decent, reliable contractor to do work in their home or business. I had water damage in my home necessitating the replacement of insulation and drywall. It was a small job, and it took them a while to get us on their calendar. However, once they started the work, they did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.
