We had an interesting start to our weekend when our [outside] waterline busted on Friday afternoon. We scrambled to find different plumbers who could respond to an emergency situation let alone conduct the repair for the pipe. Proline & their team was amazing with their response time on a Friday evening & their next day repair. Their customer service dispatch team was excellent with scheduling us & updating us through the process. The technicians - Tristan, Viktor, & I believe Alex(?) - were professional, respectful, & excellent with their work. We appreciate you Proline!

Had our garbage disposal fail resulting in billowing smoke from under the kitchen sink. We needed to be back up and running quickly and they were able to come on a weekend and quickly replace it. The plumber seemed very knowledgable about everything and quickly explained the problem and the options for fixing it. Called them at 3:30 PM on Saturday and everything was completely fixed by 5:30 PM the same day.

Buyer beware! WAY overpriced for no reason but being scammers. Called for an emergency. I knew it was going to be a fee for the emergency, but when the plumber showed up (nice guy just doing his job) he told us that the manager was quoting us $700 total to jet the line. The manager was quite aggressive and pushy, denying that this was an extreme overcharge. We found someone later who didn’t even have to jet it and it cost us a total of $110.
