Bradley Bays of Prolawn Services is the ultimate professional. Being a one person company, he knows his reputation is on the line with every job. He installed a landscape lighting system in our backyard that was amazing. He used top of the line equipment and we have not had a single issue after five years. In fact, we only had to change a battery in the timer as the only repair.
I have been a customer of Prolawn Services for over 12 years. Brad has completed a wide variety of irrigation projects for me. His pricing has always been competitive and fair. His work has always been excellent and completed quickly. He always completes the work with no delays once started, excluding unworkable weather. His annual service of systems he created is always on time and fairly priced. I highly recommend Prolawn Services for anyone interested in exterior lighting or irrigation needs.
When I met Bradley, I told him about a problem I was having with the lawn irrigation system which was installed by my builder. He came to my home within two days and checked out the entire system and quickly analyzed and repaired the problem at a very reasonable cost. However, in doing so, Bradley found that the builder, Mungo Homes, or its subcontractor, had failed to install the required backflow prevention device. In early September, I demanded that Mungo pay for the installation of said device. They have denied any obligation to do so and the “discussion” continues. Mr Bays having been in this business since the 1980’s knows a thing or two about irrigation! He has the time to dedicate to difficult jobs and always comes through.
