Dropped my grandma's car off for an inspection around 9 and came back around 3:30 and it still wasn't done. I had to wait an hour for it to get done. They charged me for wipers I didn't ask for and the drivers side wiper was just laying on the arm not even installed properly.

This place does shoddy work. The $128.00 repair on the AC in my truck, lasted less than a week. When I took it back they said there was another leak and would have to order a part for it, it would about 4 days to get and would call me when it came in. I waited for two weeks and called them, and they said it just came that day. I took it back to them at 9:00 am the next day. I call them at 4:00 PM, and they say they were sent the wrong part, and would reorder and advised me to leave my truck there overnight. and it may be in the next day, and would call me. Always efficient and reasonable pricing. I got tires there when I first got my car, and I needed a sensor this round. They are patient and friendly as I discuss with my old man about the best choice and when I am asking them more questions for clarity. They don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm female. The old man brought me up working on cars so my short fall is the way the computers have changed what you can do at home. I appreciate when mechanics can understand that and talk to me at my level.

Hands down one of the best garages in parkersburg. Went there with brake issues and Ben had me in and out of there with in the hour. Took my other car there and he did repairs on that one as well. I can honestly say this is the place to go if you want friendly service and your car repaired correctly
