Wow! I had such a fantastic experience with Professional Maintenance Service, LLC. They were able to come to my home and replace my leaky kitchen faucet on the same day I contacted them. Devin was such a helpful and friendly person, and she guided me through the entire process with ease. And I have to say, Jose went above and beyond with his work - he was just fantastic! My experience with Professinal Maintence Service wasnt good. The contractor was unprofessional, not trustworthy, and not completly knowledgable about the job duties. The 3.5 ton AC Condenser was not install properly. I had to pay another company to come in and fix the problem. I had to pay twice along with the other factors. I would never recommened Professional Maintence Services LLC to anyone.

The business was the utmost of professional at all times. They arrived early, but not without a heads up phone call first! Both men worked collaboratively to make repairs and provide maintenance. They kept me in the loop and provided detailed explanations of all of the work. They even found a suspicious area in the attic and provided me with pictures so that I could follow up on this issue with a different contractor at a later date. They left my home clean without any trace that they were here! Impeccable service!
