We've relied on Prodigy for years. We started with POTS and have since migrated to Voice Over IP. Prodigy has been there every step of the way and has always been fast to help with any issues we've had regardless of how small. This is a company you can trust.

Really bad customer response. The field tech are at best somebody who just wake up with a laptop in they're hands.I mean shut they can't get support from they're own people.
