The technician, Jacob, was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was grateful that Jacob was again the technician who completed the repair once replacement parts were received. Jacob represented PRO-TECH impeccably and I will not hesitate to contact this company (& request Jacob!) as future appliance repair needs arise. Needed a dryer repaired that wasn’t heating anymore, got an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning the next day. Dean came out early in the day and got right to work, had our appliance fixed within the hour. He was incredibly friendly and helpful for us going forward!
