Asked Richard to come fix my snowblower a few weeks ago. We easily found an appt via text and he diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes. Ordered a part and installed it about a week later. Easy peasy and convenient - he came to my house for the fix. Great service and communication. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Richard!
He came out to repair my snowblower and said that he had replaced the carburetor in under an hour. A few weeks later, I tried to start the snowblower and added fresh gas, and it isn’t starting up at all. I’ve texted and left 2 voicemails and phone is going straight to his voicemail. After reading the other reviews that are lower ratings I realize that he blocked a lot of his past customers because he doesn’t actually fix the snowblower. I know he’ll reply to this so I would appreciate it if you could actually give me a call back and come out and fix this snowblower properly. I had issues with my snow thrower, essentially it wouldn't run. Found and called Richard on Monday, he came to my home Wednesday and replaced the carb. The snow thrower now runs perfectly. I don't have any way to get my eq. to a shop when it needs repair. Richards willingness to come to the house really helps. Thanks Pro-One Mobile Small Engine Repair! BTW, I had to search "Small engine repair" to find him.
