My husband did come to get a key for a home on base duplicated. Keep in mind we tried to go to the housing office first and they said and I quote “ oh no worries you can take it anywhere and get a copy made”. To which i responded with “oh can we?” If you need the name and email of Hunt to confirm this I can provide that. But when he was there the supervisor was called and he said “oh he stole that key”. No one stole any key. We were just doing what the housing office instructed us to do (we also thought no one could do it but the office). But to call my husband a theif? This is my 3rd time reviewing this company, and here's why... I met the owner at my place of employment, told him I was looking for a locksmith for the condo I sit on the council of. He said call the office to schedule an appointment. I did that, speaking with a young lady, who was a little rough around the edges. She took my info, said they were in my area that day, and that they would call me with update. I got no call, so I left a voicemail on their phone a the end of the day, and got no call back. They called me 800 am to met their tech. And as I drove 20 min to my church as I waited outside I received a phone call advising me they can not meet me there is an emergency call. That isn't the kind of bis I look to turn to as it is poorly managed atleast the store in Felton.

Very friendly and absolutely professional Had them look at a lock from 1850 They diagnosed my problem and were able to fir a new lock and give me all the keys I needed. Awesome job
