Pro Comfort Control

I met and received proposals from 3 Heat Pump Installers (all suggested through Mass Save). Pro Comfort Control was much more thorough and helpful through the process. After choosing to contract Comfort Control, their service was exceptional. Included suggestions for Energy Assessment and insulation Installers, onsite review of the condenser and heat pump installation plan a few days prior to the install, experienced and cooperative install over 2 days via 3 installers, custom routing of tubing to accommodate some basement obstacles, very pleasant post-install instruction, and above-and-beyond administrative support from their office to help... I just moved to Ashland a few months ago and have had quite a bit of work done to my home and they have been the most responsive and considerate of my home of all the contractors. They replaced my water heater with a tankless and in the future I will be working with them to re-route the air conditioning zones when we finish the basement. Overall, very pleased with their pricing and genuine care each person we talked to took with us.

We had Pro Comfort Control replace our old gas furnace and AC system with a heat pump, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication and service were excellent.
