Unfortunately they weren’t able to do a service call for me because they were fully booked, but the woman on the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. She offered me tips to try with the issue we are having with our refrigerator, even after I told her I wouldn’t be able to use their services since I needed something more immediate. I’ll definitely try and utilize their services in the future.
