One of the best customer service experiences I've had in quite a while! The appointment was easy to make. They are opened extended hours which makes it easier on other working folks. Our technician, Anton, was even early. He was very kind and polite. He made sure I understood the problem and why the dryer had stopped heating, showing me the part that had died, explaining the charges - everything. I only wish that other customer service people out in the commercial world knew how to treat their customers like Anton and Pro Appliance Repair. Our Thermador oven stopped getting hot. Vadim came out on the same day we called, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue within a total of 2 hours. He went above and beyond by also fixing a minor issue with our dishwasher, advising on how to repair our refrigerator door, and cleaning our refrigerator compressor. He also has a great personality and we had a nice conversation! 10/10 service.
Vadim was great! Came in knocked out my issue and even offered to check my other appliances. Respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, and will definitely share the good news of this service.
