Met Luis and his staff while on a job site that he had just completed, he does fantastic work, as a professional business owner myself I was impressed at the level of dedication and professionalism that he presented, the ductwork was flawlessly clean, and it was filthy before!
Very personable and kind, he explained their process and why they do what they do and why that process produces the best results.
He has done his research into what is best for his clients and what’s best for the ductwork cleaning, combined, he is the best choice for Elkhart and the surrounding areas.

**Outstanding Service — Above and Beyond!**
I had the absolute pleasure of hiring **Louis and his father** for duct and vent cleaning at our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Louis is a young man who started his own business, and let me just say his **work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond his years.**
They **hand-cleaned every single vent**, thoroughly cleaned all the ducts, and even went the extra mile by **disinfecting and spraying** the inside of the system and they cleaned the dryer vents for free!
Not only was their pricing **lower than most quotes** I received, but the value and quality...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not only was their pricing **lower than most quotes** I received, but the value and quality of the service was exceptional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what they were doing and why, and made sure everything was done with care and integrity.
This wasn’t just a standard cleaning they treated our home with respect, worked incredibly hard, and truly **went above and beyond**.
It’s rare to see this kind of **honesty, quality, and strong work ethic**, especially in a young entrepreneur like Louis. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to family and friends, and I’m grateful for the outstanding job they did.

Luis (the owner) was great to work with, extremely communicative, and professional. The pricing is fair and competitive, service is efficient and thorough, and experience all around was 10/10. They even took care to lay out special rugs to protect our floors as they worked. He explained the whole process and cares very much about the work they do and the customer experience. We felt very comfortable having Luis and his team in our home and will definitely be hiring them again!

Luis with ProAir was amazing! We were thrilled with his work. He was timely and attentive. Communication was great! After pricing out many local HVAC whole house vent cleaners, he was most cost effective! Highly recommend!! Will use again.
