They were great to work with from the start. Fair price based on 5+ estimates we received from various local companies. Kaipo and Ryan were super professional and helpful. These guys are spectacular! I could feel the professionalism with my estimate from Henry Mederos III. I got a fair price for the size of my exterior project. The crew was awesome and easy to communicate with. Ryan Madeira was my project manager and answered the phone at every call. Henry Mederos Jr. was on property every day overseeing all aspecks of my project. Ken really knocked the carpentry portion out of the park. Gavin, Jason, & Kaipo are all passionate about what the do and did excellent prep & detail work. I like to support LOCAL when I spend money and this is the team! Pristine has earned my trust! After receiving 3 formal bids (and 2 informal ones), I chose Pristine Painting & Coatings to paint the inside of my house, including all walls and ceilings. Their price was very competitive with the other bids, and Henry, the estimator, impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to do repairs prior to painting. Several small repairs were needed, and they were happy to do it all! Ryan helped me choose paint colors and even put them on my walls so I could see them “live” and make good choices. He continued to manage the job and truly went out of his way to satisfy my requests, even having special moldings mad... Pristine has earned my trust! He was in my house every day for 6 days until the job was done. He was amazing! I cannot say enough about Gavin as a person, and his workmanship. He was professional, easy to talk to, kept me up to date, answered questions as they arose, and did a truly excellent job painting. He did everything as he would want it done himself. He told me that, and then he showed me by doing such careful and exacting work! Mike and Blaze assisted Gavin and proved themselves helpful and skilled as well! Pristine kept their word and came back after the job was done to touch up after the flooring people.
